A Quarter Century of EHD Protein Research: From Endosomal Recycling to Ciliopathies
Human EHD protein subcellular localization. ABSTRACT Eps15 homology domain‐containing proteins comprise a conserved family of membrane‐remodeling ATPases that regulate endocytic trafficking, membrane fission, receptor recycling, primary ciliogenesis and membrane dynamics across eukaryotes. Since the initial identification of EHD1 and its Caenorhabditis

Do Exercise‐Induced Extracellular Vesicles Carry Cognitive Benefits to the Brain?
Exercise‐induced muscle‐brain communication mediated by extracellular vesicles. Physical exercise stimulates skeletal muscle to release extracellular vesicles (EVs) into the circulation. These vesicles may reach the brain and transfer bioactive cargo such as miRNA, thereby supporting neuronal function and brain homeostasis and potentially protecting ...

The Postprandial Chronobiome in Interorgan Glucose Homeostasis
The postprandial chronobiome framework proposes that meal‐timed oscillations in microbial communities and metabolites may interact with host tissue clocks to shape glucose handling. The liver is the best‐supported temporal interpreter, while phase‐aware human studies are needed to establish causal interorgan effects.

A Systematic Review on Disease‐Modifying Therapies in Parkinsonian Disorders
Parkinsonian disorders, including Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia, multiple system atrophy, and progressive supranuclear palsy, are progressive neurodegenerative conditions with no treatment options to slow disease progression. This systematic review provides an overview of evidence of disease‐modifying therapies that have been evaluated in ...

A microfluidic nanodevice that analyses a single volume droplet of whole blood (10–50 microlitres (µL)) forms a fast and fully integrated exosome‐derived liquid biopsy. The closed system architecture involves plasma separation on chip, exosome enrichment by immunoaffinity and various size based, electrokinetic, acoustofluidic or hybridized strategies ...
