Alteration of cerebrovascular haemodynamic patterns due to atrial fibrillation: an in silico investigation [PDF]
There has recently been growing evidence that atrial fibrillation (AF), the most common cardiac arrhythmia, is independently associated with the risk of dementia.

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots
This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.

IL‐3 Modulates Microglia Polarization and Attenuates Neuroinflammation in Traumatic Brain Injury
IL‐3 recruits PRDX1 through IL‐3R to modulate the inflammatory response of microglia via the KEAP1‐NRF2‐HO‐1/NF‐κB pathway to attenuate neuroinflammation in traumatic brain injury. ABSTRACT Microglia play a crucial role in the progression of neuroinflammation following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Interleukin‐3 (IL‐3), a significant regulatory factor,

Cerebrovascular reactivity mapping using intermittent breath modulation
Cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR), an index of brain vessel’s dilatory capacity, is typically measured using hypercapnic gas inhalation or breath-holding as a vasoactive challenge.

AltitudeOmics : Resetting of Cerebrovascular CO2 Reactivity Following Acclimatization to High Altitude. [PDF]
Previous studies reported enhanced cerebrovascular CO2 reactivity upon ascent to high altitude using linear models. However, there is evidence that this response may be sigmoidal in nature.

Zinc Exposure Causes Disulfidptosis to Induce Miscarriage by Up‐Regulating GATA1/METTL1/SLC7A11 Axis
Zn exposure up‐regulates GATA1, promoting GATA1‐mediated METTL1 and SLC7A11 transcription. It also enhances METTL1‐mediated m7G modification on SLC7A11 mRNA, increasing SLC7A11 mRNA stability. Ultimately, Zn exposure up‐regulates SLC7A11 at both transcriptional and post‐transcriptional levels, causing disulfidptosis. Knockdown of murine Slc7a11, Gata1,

Cerebrovascular pulsatility index is higher in chronic kidney disease
Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are more likely to die of cardiovascular diseases, including cerebrovascular disease, than to progress to end‐stage kidney disease.

Adaptive feedback analysis and control of programmable stimuli for assessment of cerebrovascular function [PDF]
The assessment of cerebrovascular regulatory mechanisms often requires flexibly controlled and precisely timed changes in arterial blood pressure (ABP) and/or inspired CO2.

An activity‐dependent pathway links prefrontal circuit hypoactivity to cognitive impairment. Reduced PVA–mPFC activity upregulates NEPAS, which suppresses PTX3 secretion, leading to impaired angiogenesis, myelin deficits, and memory decline. Rescue is achieved by NEPAS knockdown or chemogenetic circuit activation.
