The Methylation Test Is Highly Sensitive for HPV‐Associated Endocervical Adenocarcinoma and Could Be Helpful as a Cytological Ancillary Test in Women With a PAP‐Smear Diagnosis of Severe Glandular Lesion (AGC–NEO+)

open access: yesCytopathology, Volume 36, Issue 6, Page 568-571, November 2025.
Based on an analysis of 85 endocervical adenocarcinoma (EA) cases with cytology–histology correlation, the authors document a methylation test sensitivity of 95.3% for diagnosing EA. If used as an ancillary test, the methylation test may improve the PAP test's reliability.

LncRNA as ceRNAs may be involved in lactation process

open access: yesOncotarget, 2017
The main function of the mammary gland is to secret milk for newborn growth. Milk production process is regulated by hormones, growth factors, noncoding RNAs and other factors locally. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), one type of recently discovered non-coding RNA, have been found in mammary gland and some studies suggested lncRNA may play important ...

Hsa_circRNA_0101125 Promotes Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma via miR‐143‐3p/ZNF148 Axis

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 39, Issue 19, 15 October 2025.
hsa_circRNA_0101125 promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma progression by sponging miR‐143‐3p and upregulating ZNF148 expression. This regulatory axis enhances tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, likely by modulating EMT‐related markers including E‐cadherin and Vimentin.
