Current technologies for spinal cord optogenetic stimulation rely on external power sources and face reliability constraints in freely behaving animals. Here, a fully implantable, battery‐powered optoelectronic device is introduced, enabling operation in any selected environment with wireless recharging for months‐long stimulation.

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.

Analytical Static Stress Analysis of First Cervical Vertebra (Atlas)
Introduction: Fracture of the atlas was first described by Jefferson (1920). He theorised a bursting mechanism of fracture as the occipital condyles were driven into the atlas. Experimental studies by Hays and Alker (1988) and Panjabi et al (1991) were also conducted to explain the injury mechanisms.
