Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen for Monitoring Cervical Cancer

open access: yesThe International Journal of Biological Markers, 1988
The tumour-associated antigen was determined in the plasma of patients with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the uterine cervix by radioimmunoassay. Setting a limit of 2 ng/ml, levels were abnormal in 13.4% of healthy controls, in 14% of patients with carcinoma in situ and in 62% of patients with invasive cervical SCC.

Targeting KDM3B Elicits Anti‐tumor Immunity by Alleviating SHP1–mediated STING Suppression in Triple–Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
P3FI–90 treatment targets KDM3B, reshapes the epigenetic landscape, and suppresses SHP1 expression, thereby activating STING–TBK1–IRF3–type I IFN signaling pathway. Consequently, CD8+ T cells are recruited to the tumor site and activated to produce IFN–γ and GZMB, leading to the killing of TNBC cells.

CEBPG‐Mediated Palmitic Acid Adaptation of Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts Drives Metastasis of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals a metabolic signaling axis in the OSCC microenvironment where palmitic acid (PA) drives the activation of CAFs. PA uptake triggers CEBPG‐dependent epigenetic remodeling to upregulate ERN1 and TMBIM6, thereby mitigating ER stress. This adaptive program sustains CAF survival and the pro‐metastatic phenotype, establishing this pathway ...

Proteomic identification of potential biomarkers for cervical squamous cell carcinoma and human papillomavirus infection

open access: yesTumor Biology, 2017
It is known that high-risk human papillomavirus infection is the main etiological factor in cervical carcinogenesis. However, human papillomavirus screening is not sufficient for early diagnosis.
