Physical and Chemical Contamination
1991The sanitary production of foods as outlined in the federal code for good manufacturing practice includes restrictions that prevent contamination by physical or nonliving objects or chemicals. The physical objects range from dust particles to hammers, and the chemicals range from toxic lubricants to juices of another variety.
