A chemiluminescent immunoassay for zeranol and its metabolites

Journal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, 1986
A sensitive immunoassay is presented for the detection of the xenobiotic oestrogenic growth promotor zeranol (Ralgro®) and the mycotoxin zearalanone. The detection is based on cheniiluminescence using a zeranol–isoluminol conjugate. A lowest detectable amount of 2–5 pg zeranol per tube was achieved.

Immunoassay for serum thyroxine monitored by chemiluminescence

Journal of Immunological Methods, 1979
An immunoassay for thyroxine (T4) monitored by chemiluminescence was evaluated with clinical serums. A thyroxine-label conjugate (T4-L) and serum samples were applied sequentially to alkaline Sephadex G-25 columns which adsorbed the thyroxine species.

A chemiluminescent immunoassay for urinary thromboxane B2

Prostaglandins, 1991
Because of the vasoactive properties of thromboxane A2 and other related prostaglandins, much research has been conducted on drugs which alter their levels. Urinary levels of thromboxane B2 and 2,3-dinor thromboxane B2 (major urinary metabolite of thromboxane B2) are used as an indication of thromboxane production in-vivo.

A chemiluminescent immunoassay for 17α‐methyltestosterone

Food Additives & Contaminants, 1985
An immunoassay for the xenobiotic anabolic compound methyltestosterone (MT) is presented. The detection is based on chemiluminescence of a MT-isoluminol conjugate. Applications are presented for detection of methyltestosterone and cross-reacting compounds in bovine urine and tissues of application sites isolated from slaughtered cattle, illegally ...

[Electro chemiluminescence immunoassay].

Rinsho byori. The Japanese journal of clinical pathology, 1997
Boehringer Mannheim is starting into a new age of immunoassay systems. A new immunoassay technology should allow the development of random access immunoassay analyzers with short incubation times. To satisfy the such matter, we have found a new technology ECL (Electro ChemiLuminescence).

[Chemiluminescent immunoassay for insulin].

Hua xi yi ke da xue xue bao = Journal of West China University of Medical Sciences = Huaxi yike daxue xuebao, 1992
In this paper is reported solid phase chemiluminescent immunoassay for insulin with N-(4-aminobutyl)-N-ethylisoluminol (ABE1) labelled antibody and a double antibodies sandwich procedure. ABEI-CoCl2-H2O2 was used as the chemiluminescent system and the linear range of insulin was 0.3-150 microU/tube. The correlation coefficient of the log-log regression

Immunoassay labels based on chemiluminescence and bioluminescence

Clinical Biochemistry, 1984
Reagents required for reactions that produce chemiluminescence (CL) or bioluminescence (BL) may be coupled to antibodies or antigens and used as labels for immunoassay. Because methods based on CL and BL have very low detection limits, they have the potential to replace assays that currently employ radioisotopes as labels. The feasibility of several BL
