A synthetic benzoxazine dimer derivative targets c‐Myc to inhibit colorectal cancer progression
Benzoxazine dimer derivatives bind to the bHLH‐LZ region of c‐Myc, disrupting c‐Myc/MAX complexes, which are evaluated from SAR analysis. This increases ubiquitination and reduces cellular c‐Myc. Impairing DNA repair mechanisms is shown through proteomic analysis.

Gao et al. report that circular DNA molecules created as by‐products of V(D)J recombination during lymphocyte maturation (ESCs) can replicate and be retained for much longer than previously thought in healthy cells. In BCP‐ALL cells, increased ESC abundance correlates with a greater chance of relapse likely mediated by their ability to induce genome ...

This study presents a novel approach to teaching Python and bioinformatics using team‐based learning and cloud‐hosted notebooks. By integrating interactive coding into biomedical education, the method improves accessibility, student engagement, and confidence—especially for those without a computing background.

Chimeric Chickens and Their Use in Manipulation of the Chicken Genome
Germline chimeric chickens can be made by injecting dispersed cells from Stage X blastoderms into recipient embryos at an equivalent stage of development. Colonization of the chimera by donor-derived cells is facilitated when the recipient embryo is compromised by exposure to irradiation prior to injection of the donor cells.
