Screening and Identification of Novel DNA Aptamer for Targeted Delivery to Injured Podocytes in Glomerular Diseases

This study develops RLS‐2, a high‐affinity aptamer that specifically targets injured podocytes, making it a promising candidate for targeted drug delivery. In vitro, RLS‐2 shows stability, specificity, efficient siRNA delivery via AsiCs, and uptake by podocytes.

Children’s Literature in Education

Children’s literature is a dynamic entity in its own right that offers its readers many avenues for pleasure, reflection, and emotional engagement.
