Enantioselective Determination of Upadacitinib in Pharmaceutical Formulations Using Reversed‐Phase Chiral Liquid Chromatography [PDF]

open access: yesJ Sep Sci
A reversed‐phase chiral HPLC method was developed for the enantioselective separation and quantification of upadacitinib using a Box‐Behnken design. The validated method was successfully applied to the quantification of upadacitinib in a commercial tablet formulation, and its environmental impact and practicality were evaluated using various assessment

Simultaneously molecular imprinting chiral stationary phase

open access: yes, 2000
Molecular imprinting chiral stationary phases against amino acid derivatives were preparted by utilizing two template molecules simultaneously and evaluated in high performance liquid chromatographic mode. It was found that when both of the two molecular

Gas chromatography of organophosphorus compounds on chiral stationary phases

open access: yes
The gas chromatographic separation of the stereoisomers of several chiral organophosphorus compounds is described. Glass capillary columns coated with the nonchiral phases SE-30 and Carbowax 20M, or with the chiral phases Chirasil-Val and Ni(11)Bis[(1R ...

Gas chromatographic enantiomer separation on long-chain alkylated beta-cyclodextrin chiral stationary phases

open access: yes, 2000
Two new chiral stationary phases, heptakis(2,6-di-O-nonyl-3-O-trifluoroacetyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (DNTBCD) and heptakis(2,6-di-O-dodecyl-3-O-trifluoroacetyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (DDTBCD), were synthesized.

Reconfigurable Giant Nonreciprocity at Near‐Normal Incidence via Phase‐Change Magneto‐Optical Metagratings

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, Volume 20, Issue 18, 18 September 2026.
A phase‐change magneto‐optical metagrating combines GST switching with InAs guided‐mode resonances to achieve strong nonreciprocal absorption contrast near normal incidence. A static magnetic bias creates direction‐dependent resonant splitting, while GST crystallization quenches and latches the response.

Beyond Batch Addition: Alternative Chemical Fueling Approaches for Enhanced Control of Dissipative Self‐Assembly

open access: yesChemSystemsChem, Volume 8, Issue 5, September 2026.
Artificial dissipative systems typically operate under batchwise fuel additions into closed reactors, leading to only transient nonequilibrium states. Alternative fueling approaches show how moving toward thermodynamically open conditions, sustained fuel supply, and reaction‐diffusion control provide enhanced regulation of self‐assembly and access to ...
