Stereodivergent Access to Aliphatic Nitro Compounds Bearing Multi‐Contiguous Stereocenters via Sequential Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Herein, we report a highly efficient synthesis of aliphatic nitro compounds bearing multi‐contiguous stereocenters in good yields with excellent diastereo‐ and enantio‐selectivities by combining copper‐catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of dialkylzinc reagents to nitroalkenes with iridium‐catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution reaction ...

Synergistic Tuning of Conformational Dynamics, Electron Tunneling, and Substrate Positioning Enhances Electron Transfer in a P450 Chimera for Calcifediol Biosynthesis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A synergistic electron transfer (ET) optimization strategy modulating conformational dynamics, ET pathway, and substrate orientation is proposed for self‐sufficient cytochrome P450s. Guided by this strategy, a P450 variant with improved ET and catalytic efficiency was identified, and the underlying molecular basis was revealed by computational analysis.

Multimodal Cross‐Attentive Graph‐Based Framework for Predicting In Vivo Endocrine Disruptors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multimodal cross‐attentive graph neural network integrates molecular graphs with androgen and estrogen adverse outcome pathway (AOP)–anchored in vitro assay signals to predict in vivo endocrine disruption. By fusing information on Tier‐1 AOP logits with chemical structures, the framework achieves high accuracy and provides assay‐traceable ...
