Solubility and Stability of Carvedilol in Deep Eutectic Solvents: A Step Towards a Sustainable Pharmaceutical Formulation in the Liquid State

This study investigates the use of aqueous eutectic mixtures to enhance the solubility of carvedilol, a drug with low solubility and bioavailability. It was found that mixtures of citric acid and choline chloride increased the maximum solubility. Additionally, the stability of carvedilol in these mixtures was demonstrated.
