NDST3‐Induced Epigenetic Reprogramming Reverses Neurodegeneration in Parkinson's Disease
NDST3‐mediated epigenetic reprogramming revitalizes neuronal circuits in the substantia nigra and striatum to halt dopaminergic neuron degeneration and restore motor function in Parkinson's disease models. This strategy promotes neuronal maintenance and functional recovery, highlighting NDST3's therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative disorders ...

This study identifies CARD9 as a key mediator linking sympathetic β2‐adrenergic receptor signaling to macrophage creatine metabolism, inflammatory polarization, and neuronal integrity. Loss of β2‐AR‐PKA‐CREB1‐CARD9 signaling in macrophages reduces creatine uptake, promotes pro‐inflammatory macrophage activation, and drives sympathetic axon ferroptosis.

Chromatin Topology Reconfiguration Orchestrates Thermotolerant Male Fertility via GhAL5 in Cotton
This study investigates cotton’s high‐temperature (HT) response using multi‑omics. Dynamic 3D genome changes drive expression bias affecting male fertility. The tolerant line shows controlled chromatin dynamics, while the sensitive line exhibits overactivation.

Summary: Chromatin remodelers are central regulators of chromatin architecture and transcriptional dynamics, yet the mechanisms underlying the establishment of transcriptionally permissive chromatin and an activated histone environment remain elusive. In

Stemness factor Sall4 is required for DNA damage response in embryonic stem cells. [PDF]
Mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are genetically more stable than somatic cells, thereby preventing the passage of genomic abnormalities to their derivatives including germ cells. The underlying mechanisms, however, remain largely unclear. In this paper,

Chromatin remodellers as therapeutic targets
Large-scale cancer genome sequencing studies have revealed that chromatin regulators are frequently mutated in cancer. In particular, more than 20% of cancers harbour mutations in genes that encode subunits of SWI/SNF (BAF) chromatin remodelling complexes.

Thyroid hormone receptor β1 (TRβ) downregulation correlates with poor prognosis in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Restoration of TRβ and the peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor gamma coactivator 1‐alpha suppresses tumor progression in ccRCC through Uncoupling protein 1 mediated tumor cell “slimming” and optic atrophy 1/mitofusin 2 ...
