Modulation of miR‐204 and miR‐375 Expression by Flavonoid Chrysin Treatment During Melphalan‐Induced Histopathological Damage in Adult Rat Skin and Hair Tissue

Rats were treated with melphalan (1.5 mg/kg) with or without chrysin (50 or 75 mg/kg) for 21 days. Melphalan reduced epidermal thickness, disrupted the hair follicle cycle, increased apoptosis, suppressed autophagy, and upregulated miR‐204/miR‐375.
