Self‐Amplifying Redox Cycle Triggers Ferroptosis/Cuproptosis Synergy for Enhanced Bacterial Eradication

This study designs a targeted nanocomposite (ct@HMCF‐Dex) that responds to acidic infection microenvironments, releasing components which amplify oxidative stress. It disrupts bacterial redox balance, chelates metals to sustain lipid peroxidation, and synergistically induces cuproptosis/ferroptosis‐like death.

Local stress concentration disrupts metabolic homeostasis and induces inflammation in the nucleus pulposus (NP), thereby accelerating intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). Dual‐Network Protein Hydrogels Promote Rapid Hemostasis and Immune‐Regulated Scarless Tissue Regeneration

A dual‐network protein hydrogel substantially improves hemostasis and scar‐free healing.The adaptive network maintains intimate tissue contact while providing strong wet adhesion, tunable mechanics, and controlled degradation. Concurrent ROS scavenging and M2 polarization suppress fibrotic pathways, preventing scar formation.
