Antithrombotic Therapy After Intracerebral Hemorrhage: Real‐World Evidence for In‐Hospital Resumption

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 5, May 2026.
In‐hospital resumption of antithrombotic therapy after acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage was associated with a reduced risk of ischemic events and no excessive bleeding risk. ABSTRACT Background and Purpose Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) who require antithrombotic therapy (AT) face competing risks of recurrent bleeding and ...

Analysis of Pulsatile Vessel Expansion in Healthy, COPD‐ and PH‐Patients Using Dynamic Vessel Segmentation in Free‐Breathing Lung MRI

open access: yesJournal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Volume 63, Issue 5, Page 1420-1432, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Background The pulsatile expansion of pulmonary vessels carries dynamic cardiopulmonary information that may reveal disease earlier than structural changes alone. Purpose To test (i) intra‐ and inter‐scan repeatability of dynamic vessel metrics in healthy subjects, and (ii) whether chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and postcapillary

Safety of upadacitinib in atopic dermatitis in randomized clinical trials across 6 years

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Volume 40, Issue 5, Page 856-866, May 2026.
The current study found no evidence of cumulative increased safety risks with upadacitinib 15 or 30 mg for up to 6 years and over 9000 patient‐years of safety data in adults and adolescents. There were low rates of adjudicated major adverse cardiovascular events, adjudicated thromboembolic events and malignancies. Abstract Background Atopic dermatitis (

Durvalumab–Tremelimumab in Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Real‐World Data From the LOR‐HCC (Lombardy Real‐World HCC Group)

open access: yesLiver International, Volume 46, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aim Dual immune checkpoint blockade with tremelimumab plus durvalumab (STRIDE) is an established first‐line therapy for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC); however, real‐world evidence on its safety, toxicity kinetics and liver function dynamics remains limited.

B‐Mode Ultrasonographic Evaluation and Reference Dimensions of the Liver and Spleen in Healthy Lactating Saanen Goats

open access: yesVeterinary Radiology &Ultrasound, Volume 67, Issue 3, May 2026.
ABSTRACT This study aimed to establish reference ultrasonographic parameters for the liver and spleen in 34 healthy Saanen goats. The spleen was visualized between the 12th and 8th intercostal spaces (ICS), with homogeneous parenchyma and a hyperechoic capsule and splenic vein with a mean diameter of 3.3 ± 0.9 mm.
