Actinidin treatment and sous vide cooking : effects on tenderness and in vitro protein digestibility of beef brisket : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Food Technology at Massey University, Manawatū, New Zealand [PDF]
Actinidin from kiwifruit can tenderise meat and help to add value to low-value meat cuts. Compared with other traditional tenderisers (e.g. papain and bromelain) it is a promising way, due to its less intensive tenderisation effects on meat.

ABSTRACT Objetive To evaluate the influence of titanium and gold‐shaded titanium as well as peri‐implant soft tissue thickness on the optical outcome of implant‐supported lithium disilicate single crowns. Methods Eighteen patients received an anterosuperior implant (Astra Tech Implant System EV). Two customized titanium abutments (gold and conventional)

Translucency of 3D‐Printed 3Y‐ and 5Y‐Doped Zirconia
ABSTRACT Objectives To evaluate and compare the translucency of 3D‐printed zirconia materials: 3Y tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (3Y‐TZP) and 5Y partially stabilized zirconia (5Y‐PSZ). Material and Methods 3D‐printed 5Y‐PSZ and 3Y‐TZP materials fabricated using digital light processing (DLP) were investigated.

Effect of sintering cycle on the strength and translucency of multilayered zirconia
Abstract Purpose A newly introduced sintering protocol promises to offer higher translucency while not significantly compromising the flexural strength of the material. However, the effect of the novel sintering protocol has not been thoroughly validated.
