Circular chromatic number and a generalization of the construction of Mycielski

The authors completely determine the circular chromatic number of generalized Mycielskian of complete graphs. These results generalize and (partially) answer on some problems posed by Abbott, Zhou, Gao et al. Some unsolved problems are considered, too.
