Comparison of the Classical Test Theory and the Rasch Model in the Analysis of Mastery Test of Concept Systems of Linear (SPLDV)

open access: yesPrima: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika
This study aims to compare the analysis of the quality of a measurement instrument for concept understanding using the classical test theory approach and the Rasch model.

Classical mappings of the symplectic model and their application to the theory of large-amplitude collective motion

open access: yes, 1993
We study the algebra Sp(n,R) of the symplectic model, in particular for the cases n=1,2,3, in a new way. Starting from the Poisson-bracket realization we derive a set of partial differential equations for the generators as functions of classical ...

FGFR Like1 drives esophageal cancer progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and notch signalling: insights from clinical data and next‐generation sequencing analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Development of a “Perceived Stress Scale" Based on Classical Test Theory and Graded Response Model

open access: yesInternational Journal of Assessment Tools in Education, 2019
Themain purpose of this study is to develop a perceived stress scale based onClassical Test Theory (CTT) and Graded Response Model (GRM); to compare theparameters of the items in the scale that are tried to be developed accordingto both models, and to ...

KLK7 overexpression promotes an aggressive phenotype and facilitates peritoneal dissemination in colorectal cancer cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Tits buildings and K-stability

open access: yes, 2018
A polarized variety is K-stable if, for any test configuration, the Donaldson-Futaki invariant is positive. In this paper, inspired by classical geometric invariant theory, we describe the space of test configurations as a limit of a direct system of ...

Tumor‐stromal crosstalk and macrophage enrichment are associated with chemotherapy response in bladder cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Chemoresistance in bladder cancer: Macrophage recruitment associated with CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL8 expression is characteristic of Gemcitabine/Cisplatin (Gem/Cis) Non‐Responder tumors (right side) while Responder tumors did not show substantial tumor‐stromal crosstalk (left side). All biological icons are attributed to Bioicons: carcinoma, cancerous‐cell‐

Parallel tests viewed from the arrangement of item numbers and alternative answers

open access: yesREID (Research and Evaluation in Education), 2019
This research aims to prove that a parallel test can be constructed by randomizing the test item numbers and or alternative answers' order. This study used the experimental method with a post-test only non-equivalent control group design, involving ...
