Concentration and size distribution of biological particles in school classrooms

open access: yesJOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS, 2017
Fungal and bacterial aerosol particles concentrations are measured in a school classrooms at two different floors using the 6-stage Andersen impactor as a bioaersol sampler. The average bacterial concentration is higher than the average fungal concentration.

From development to dissection: A coaching‐focused workshop for anatomy educators from the viewpoint of the coaches

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.
Abstract The use of different coaching models can provide an effective environment for skill learning. The Anatomical Donor Stewardship (ADS) Coaching subcommittee, within the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS), developed and held an inaugural Coaching workshop for human anatomical dissection for HAPS members at the 2025 HAPS Annual Conference

Designing and evaluating a neuroanatomy learning experience using multiple external representations

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.
Abstract Neuroanatomy is challenging, requiring multiple external representations (MER) for comprehension. While studies have examined individual representations of neuroanatomy, a gap remains in understanding how students link across MER, especially between technology‐generated representations with everyday experiences.

Integrating collaborative virtual reality into medical neuroanatomy selectively enhances short‐term spatial understanding of brain structure

open access: yesAnatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.
Abstract Learning neuroanatomy presents a major challenge for medical students due to the brain's high spatial complexity and the limitations of traditional two‐dimensional instruction methods. Virtual reality (VR) provides immersive three‐dimensional visualization which may enhance spatial understanding, yet its effectiveness when implemented ...
