Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

Evidence-Based Clinical Microbiology [PDF]
Since 1994, the JAMA Guides have been advising clinicians how to use articles about diagnostic tests ([5][1], [6][2], [16][3]). Consistent with the principles of evidence-based medicine (EBM), clinicians are first expected to assess the validity of a test and then to decide whether it is ...

We established a spheroid coculture system enabling viable Porphyromonas gingivalis–HNSCC interactions under normoxic conditions. Inhibition of LATS1/2 maintains tumor cells in an undifferentiated state, which may promote spheroid growth and create a more permissive environment for bacterial persistence.
