This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

State Estimation of Drive-by-Wire Chassis Vehicle Based on Dual Unscented Particle Filter Algorithm
Accurate vehicle dynamic information plays an important role in vehicle driving safety. However, due to the characteristics of high mobility and multiple controllable degrees of freedom of drive-by-wire chassis vehicles, the current mature application of

Determinate composition of FMUs for co-simulation
In this paper, we explain how to achieve deterministic execution of FMUs (Functional Mockup Units) under the FMI (Functional Mockup Interface) standard. In particular, we focus on co-simulation, where an FMU either contains its own internal simulation algorithm or serves as a gateway to a simulation tool.

Real‐World Performance of CSF Kappa Free Light Chains in the 2024 McDonald Criteria
ABSTRACT Objective Kappa free light chains (KFLCs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have a similar performance to CSF‐restricted oligoclonal bands (OCB) for multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. To help with implementation, we set out to resolve several remaining uncertainties: (1) performance in a real‐world cohort and the 2024 McDonald criteria; (2 ...

Value of MRI Outcomes for Preventive and Early‐Stage Trials in Spinocerebellar Ataxias 1 and 3
ABSTRACT Objective To examine the value of MRI outcomes as endpoints for preventive and early‐stage trials of two polyglutamine spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs). Methods A cohort of 100 participants (23 SCA1, 63 SCA3, median Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) score = 5, 42% preataxic, and 14 gene‐negative controls) was scanned at 3T up ...
