A Topology Optimization Framework for the Inverse Design of Nonlinear Mechanical Metamaterials
This work uses topology optimization to design unit cells for mechanical metamaterials with a prescribed nonlinear stress–strain response. The framework adds contact and postbuckling modeling to synthesize microstructures for three highly nonlinear responses, including pseudoductile behavior, monostable with snap‐through buckling, and bistable ...

Enhanced Strength and Corrosion Resistance of Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn Alloy by Aging Treatment
This work systematically investigates the effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of vacuum arc‐melted Ti‐13Nb‐12Ta‐10Zr‐4Sn alloy. Owing to the increased α″ martensite, strength and corrosion resistance were significantly enhanced by aging treatment.

Evolutionary p(x)-Laplacian equation free from the limitation of the boundary value
In this article we consider the evolutionary $p(x)$-Laplacian equation $$ {u_t}= \hbox{div} ({\rho^\alpha}{| {\nabla u} |^{p(x) - 2}}\nabla u),\quad (x,t) \in \Omega \times (0,T), $$ where $\rho(x) = \hbox{dist} (x,\partial \Omega )$.

Analyzing Electronic Excitations and Exciton Binding Energies in Y6 Films
The Y6 molecule is used for increasing the efficiency of organic solar cells. The exciton binding energy is calculated for ensembles of Y6 molecules that are representative of the typically used films. The calculations show that the excitons typically spread out over many molecules.

A New Expression and Interpretation of Coefficient Omega Under the Congeneric One-Factor Model
A new expression for the communality of the total score under the one-factor model is presented. In general, the communality of the total score is a lower bound to the reliability of the total score. Under the one-factor model, the communality of the total score also assesses the validity of the total score as a measure of the common factor. Conditions

This study uncovers the unexplored role of intermolecular interactions in multiphoton absorption in coordination polymers. By analyzing [Zn2tpda(DMA)2(DMF)0.3], it shows how the electronic coupling of the chromophores and confinement in the MOF enhance two‐and three‐photon absorption.
