Liquid biopsy enables minimally invasive, real‐time molecular profiling through analysis of circulating biomarkers in biological fluids. This Perspective highlights the importance of training pathologists through integrative educational programs, such as the European Masters in Molecular Pathology, to ensure effective and equitable implementation of ...

Davydov-Chaban Hamiltonian with deformation-dependent mass term for {\gamma} = 30{\deg}
Motivation : Several theoretical comparisons with experimental data have recently pointed out that the mass tensor of the collective Bohr Hamiltonian cannot be considered as a constant and should be taken as a function of the collective coordinates ...

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Electron-magnon coupling and nonlinear tunneling transport in magnetic nanoparticles [PDF]
We present a theory of single-electron tunneling transport through a ferromagnetic nanoparticle in which particle-hole excitations are coupled to spin collective modes.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Nuclear giant quadrupole resonances in spherical even-even nuclei [PDF]
The dynamic collective model has been extended to quadrupole giant resonances in spherical nuclei. The splitting of giant dipole and giant quadrupole resonances due to their coupling to surface vibrations has been calculated for Sn isotopes.

We discuss how Raman spectra are affected by nearly-critical spin and charge collective modes, which are coupled to charge carriers near a stripe quantum critical point. We show that specific fingerprints of nearly-critical collective modes can indeed be

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Employer membership and collective bargaining in Italy: empirical evidence from an INAPP survey
Decentralization of collective bargaining is considered a key element to introduce innovations and changes work’s organization. Since 2011, European institutions too have promoted the dissemination of collective agreements more sensitive to corporate ...
