Effects of α-clustering structure on nuclear reaction and relativistic heavy-ion collisions

open access: yesHe jishu, 2023
Cluster structures can be stable in the interior of atomic nuclei. The study of α-cluster structure of atomic nuclei and its effects are important topics in nuclear physics as well as astrophysics.

Suppression of the Multiplicity Fluctuations in Particle Correlations

open access: yesUniverse, 2023
Multiplicity fluctuations play a crucial role in relativistic heavy-ion collisions. In this work, we explore how the multiplicity fluctuations can be effectively suppressed in the measurement of particle correlations.

Collective flow at SIS energies within a hadronic transport approach: Influence of light nuclei formation and equation of state [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review C, 2020
Collective flow observables are known to be a sensitive tool to gain insights on the equation of state of nuclear matter from heavy-ion collision observations.

On Statistical Fluctuations in Collective Flows

open access: yesUniverse, 2023
In relativistic heavy-ion collisions, event-by-event fluctuations are known to have non-trivial implications. Even though the probability distribution is geometrically isotropic for the initial conditions, the anisotropic εn still differs from zero owing to the statistical fluctuations in the energy profile.

Exploring the Partonic Phase at Finite Chemical Potential in and out-of Equilibrium

open access: yesParticles, 2020
We study the influence of the baryon chemical potential μ B on the properties of the Quark−Gluon−Plasma (QGP) in and out-of equilibrium.

Collective Flow Enhancement by Tandem Flapping Wings.

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2015
We examine the fluid-mechanical interactions that occur between arrays of flapping wings when operating in close proximity at a moderate Reynolds number (Re≈100-1000). Pairs of flapping wings are oscillated sinusoidally at frequency f, amplitude θ_{M}, phase offset ϕ, and wing separation distance D^{*}, and outflow speed v^{*} is measured.

Collective Flow and Viscosity in Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collisions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We review collective flow, its anisotropies, and its event-to-event fluctuations in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, as well as the extraction of the specific shear viscosity of quark–gluon plasma from collective flow data collected in heavy-ion ...

Collective Flow with PHOBOS [PDF]

open access: yesActa Physica Hungarica A) Heavy Ion Physics, 2005
This paper reviews recent results on directed and elliptic flow from the PHOBOS experiment using data taken during Au+Au runs at RHIC. The systematic dependence of flow on pseudorapidity, energy, transverse momentum and centrality is discussed.

Collective flow of identified hadrons at the LHC [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2019
Using our developed new relativistic viscous hydrodynamics code, we investigate the QGP bulk property from comparison with the ALICE data of Pb+Pb √sNN = 2.76 TeV collisions at the Large Hadron Collider.
