Twisted massive non-compact models [PDF]
Abstract We study interacting massive N = (2, 2) supersymmetric field theories in two dimensions which arise from deforming conformal field theories with a continuous spectrum. Firstly, we deform N = 2 superconformal Liouville theory with relevant operators, and twist the theory into a topological quantum field theory.

BSIM-CMG compact model for IC CAD: from FinFET to Gate-All-Around FET Technology
We discuss the BSIM-CMG compact model for SPICE simulations of any common multi-gate (CMG) device. This is an industry standard model which has been used extensively for FinFETs IC design and simulation, and has now been extended to accurately model gate-

Large-Signal RF Modeling with the EKV3 MOSFET Model
This paper presents a validation of the EKV3 MOSFET model under load-pull conditions with high input power at 5.8 GHz, as well as S-parameter measurements with low input power up to 20 GHz.

Local models for intersecting brane worlds [PDF]
We describe the construction of configurations of D6-branes wrapped on compact 3-cycles intersecting at points in non-compact Calabi-Yau threefolds.

Compact Labelings For Efficient First-Order Model-Checking [PDF]
We consider graph properties that can be checked from labels, i.e., bit sequences, of logarithmic length attached to vertices. We prove that there exists such a labeling for checking a first-order formula with free set variables in the graphs of every ...

Classification of Plant Leaves Using New Compact Convolutional Neural Network Models
Precision crop safety relies on automated systems for detecting and classifying plants. This work proposes the detection and classification of nine species of plants of the PlantVillage dataset using the proposed developed compact convolutional neural ...

We currently know of five distinct classes of compact pulsators, loosely defined as oscillating stars with a surface gravity above log g = 5. Three of these fall into the white dwarf regime (GW Vir, V777 Her and ZZ Ceti stars), while the other two are identified with hot B subdwarfs (EC 14026 and PG 1716 stars).

SPICE Modeling of Insulator Metal Transition: Model of the Critical Temperature
This paper proposes a compact SPICE phenomenological model for insulator metal transition (IMT) devices. The proposed model captures the interplay of electric field and Joule heating to effect a transition from a high resistance insulating state to a low

Compact stars in the standard model - and beyond [PDF]
In the context of the standard model of particle physics, there is a definite upper limit to the density of stable compact stars. However, if there is a deeper layer of constituents, below that of quarks and leptons, stability may be re-established far ...
