Performance Enhancement of TiZO Thin Film Transistors by Introducing a Thin ITO Interlayer

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2019
In order to explore the influence of interlayer between dielectric layer and channel layer on performance of thin film transistors (TFTs), the single layer titanium doped zinc oxide (TiZO) TFTs and the dual layer indium tin oxide (ITO)/TiZO TFTs were ...

An interpretative structural model based on SPSS for the interaction analysis between risk factors of power grid [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences, 2019
The risk factors influencing the analysis of power grid investment are complicated and highly coupled. The analysis of the interaction of risk factors based on the traditional interpretative structural model, using the expert score to form correlation ...

METHODOLOGY OF FINANCIAL RISK ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY

open access: yesВестник Северо-Кавказского федерального университета, 2022
The article discusses the concept of financial risk, methods of mathematical probability theory used to assess economic risks, some methods for determining the risk of bankruptcy of an enterprise. It is obvious that entrepreneurial activity is impossible without risks.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

Synergistic perspectives—How single‐molecule biophysics complement biochemical understanding

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this review, we discuss how ensemble biochemistry and single‐molecule approaches are complementary, outline commonly used single‐molecule techniques, and illustrate their relevance through two representative case studies: chromatin organization by SMC complexes and pathway choice during DNA double‐strand break repair.

Translophagy—A potential link between autophagy impairment and translational errors

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neurodegenerative diseases are characterised by the accumulation of abnormal proteins and protein aggregates, but their origin often remains unknown. We propose that selective autophagy removes damaged protein‐making machinery, preventing errors during protein synthesis.

Retrospective Analysis of Dose Titration and Serum Testosterone Level Assessments in Patients Treated With Topical Testosterone

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Men's Health, 2015
Patterns of care following topical testosterone agent (TTA) initiation are poorly understood. This study aimed to characterize care following TTA initiation and compare results between patients with and without a serum testosterone (T) assay within 30 ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
