Electrically Readable Lateral Flow Assay Using Organic Transistors for Diagnostic Applications
Electrolyte‐gated organic field‐effect transistors (EGOFETs) are integrated with lateral flow (LF) paper fluidics to create a reusable, portable, and low‐cost point‐of‐care (PoC) diagnostic test. The devices are validated for Human Immunoglobulin G detection, achieving high sensitivity (0.1 fm), selectivity, and reproducibility with rapid results in 20–

Avian Prolactin Competitive ELISA v1
This protocol describes how to run a competitive ELISA for avian prolactin, validated for use with plasma from rock doves (Columba livia). The protocol was originally produced by Dr. Zhiyong Wang of ADS Biosystems,Inc., through research and development for the Calisi lab through Science Exchange, in an effort to reproduce the ELISA described in ...

Development of an Indirect Competitive ELISA of DDT
Indirect competitive enzyme immunoassays of DDT based on polyclonal antibodies have been developed. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.3 nmol l m 1 and 4.2 nmol l m 1 , respectively. Non-specific interaction was eliminated by the saturation of the solid phase with 2% human serum albumin.

Clinically, intermittent hypoxia (IH) is often accompanied by periodontitis, which accelerates cognitive impairment induced by IH. Novel Janus mesoporous gold‐silica nanoformulations (RVG‐Au&mSiO2‐TPP‐VB) enable intranasal delivery, achieve hierarchical targeting to neuronal mitochondria, effectively scavenge reactive oxygen species, inhibit the HIF‐1α/

Perivascular matrix densification promotes the emergence of aberrant endothelial tip cells (ATECs) that invade and persist within fibrotic microenvironments. Using in vivo lineage tracing and a human microvessel model, this study shows that fibrous matrix cues destabilize VE‐cadherin–mediated junctions to gate TGF‐β signaling, inducing a pro ...
