Detection of RNA Modifications by HPLC Analysis and Competitive ELISA [PDF]
Over 100 different RNA modifications exist that are introduced posttranscriptionally by enzymes at specific nucleotide positions. Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and transfer RNA (tRNA) exhibit the most and diverse modifications that presumably optimize their structure and function.

Sepsis‐associated encephalopathy (SAE) lacks effective therapies. We developed ME@FDsi, a biomimetic nanodrug using a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid to deliver disulfiram and siTNFα. It crosses the blood‐brain barrier, targets M1 microglia, inhibits pyroptosis and inflammation, and scavenges ROS.

Biosynthesis of Sciadonic Acid Derived from Gymnosperms with Anti‐Colitis Activity
This study establishes an efficient Yarrowia lipolytica platform for unusual sciadonic acid (SCA) production and assess the anti‐colitis efficacy in mice of SCA, supporting its potential as a novel therapeutic lipid. ABSTRACT Sciadonic acid (SCA), Δ5‐unsaturated fatty acid with anti‐inflammatory and lipid‐regulatory properties, is predominantly derived

Establishment and Preliminary Application of Highly Sensitive Competitive ELISA for Folic Acid
In order to achieve high sensitivity and rapid detection of folic acid, this study established a highly sensitive competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) by preparing folic acid monoclonal antibody and optimizing the detection system.
