Mucosal‐Associated Invariant T Cells in Rheumatic Diseases

Mucosal‐associated invariant T (MAIT) cells are innate‐like T cells defined by their semi‐invariant T cell receptor and restriction by the major histocompatibility complex class I–related molecule (MR1). These cells are primarily activated by microbial‐derived metabolites presented by MR1 or by cytokines.

Visible Light‐Mediated Preparation of a Key Intermediate Employed in the Synthesis of Zolpidem and Several Analogs

Engineering Photolabile Cyclopentane‐Fused Coumarins: From One‐Pot Synthesis to Mechanistic Study for Visible Light‐Triggered Photolysis

Cyclopentane fusion in coumarin photocages transforms their behavior from rapid SN1‐mediated release (minutes) to a slower elimination pathway (hours), accompanied by dramatic spectral changes upon photolysis, providing complementary tools for controlled‐release applications requiring different payload delivery rates.
