The Penrose Transform for Complex Projective Space [PDF]
Various complexes of differential operators are constructed on complex projective space via the Penrose transform, which also computes their cohomology.

The mitosis‐related gene SKA1 was among 629 genes consistently dysregulated in OSCC across nine public gene expression datasets. In OSCC cell lines, SKA1 promoted proliferation and migration, enhanced radioresistance, and reduced radiation‐induced senescence.

Compact cosymplectic manifolds with transversally positive definite Ricci tensor [PDF]
In this paper we study compact cosymplectic manifolds with transversally positive definite Ricci tensor, that is, compact cosymplectic manifolds such that its Ricci tensor is positive definite on vector fields orthogonal to the Reeb vector field of the ...

Multiple Cayley-Klein metric learning. [PDF]
As a specific kind of non-Euclidean metric lies in projective space, Cayley-Klein metric has been recently introduced in metric learning to deal with the complex data distributions in computer vision tasks.

Cohomological characterizations of the complex projective space [PDF]
In this survey, we discuss whether the complex projective space can be characterized by its integral cohomology ring among compact complex manifolds.

Large multidimensional digital images of cancer tissue are becoming prolific, but many challenges exist to automatically extract relevant information from them using computational tools. We describe publicly available resources that have been developed jointly by expert and non‐expert computational biologists working together during a virtual hackathon

A differentiable sphere theorem for compact Lagrangian submanifolds in complex Euclidean space and complex projective space [PDF]
We obtain a new differentiable sphere theorem for compact Lagrangian submanifolds in complex Euclidean space and complex projective space.

Multi‐omics profiling reveals key factors involved in Ewing sarcoma metastasis
Using a mouse model that recapitulates the spread of tumor cells within the body, we have profiled paired tumors and metastasis samples using a multiomics approach combining different layers of biological information. We identified key genes that drive metastasis in Ewing sarcoma.

Summary In this contribution, we propose a detailed study of interpolation‐based data‐driven methods that are of relevance in the model reduction and also in the systems and control communities. The data are given by samples of the transfer function of the underlying (unknown) model, that is, we analyze frequency‐response data.

Molecular and functional profiling unravels targetable vulnerabilities in colorectal cancer
We used whole exome and RNA‐sequencing to profile divergent genomic and transcriptomic landscapes of microsatellite stable (MSS) and microsatellite instable (MSI) colorectal cancer. Alterations were classified using a computational score for integrative cancer variant annotation and prioritization.
