Interplay between circadian and other transcription factors—Implications for cycling transcriptome reprogramming

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This perspective highlights emerging insights into how the circadian transcription factor CLOCK:BMAL1 regulates chromatin architecture, cooperates with other transcription factors, and coordinates enhancer dynamics. We propose an updated framework for how circadian transcription factors operate within dynamic and multifactorial chromatin landscapes ...

Boundedness of composition operators on Morrey spaces and weak Morrey spaces

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2021
In this study, we investigate the boundedness of composition operators acting on Morrey spaces and weak Morrey spaces. The primary aim of this study is to investigate a necessary and sufficient condition on the boundedness of the composition operator ...

Spectra of Compact Composition Operators [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1975
Let ϕ \phi be holomorphic and map the open unit disk into itself, and let C ϕ : f → f ∘ ϕ {C_\phi }:f \to f \circ \phi be the composition operator on H 2 {H^2} generated ...

Function‐driven design of a surrogate interleukin‐2 receptor ligand

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Interleukin (IL)‐2 signaling can be achieved and precisely fine‐tuned through the affinity, distance, and orientation of the heterodimeric receptors with their ligands. We designed a biased IL‐2 surrogate ligand that selectively promotes effector T and natural killer cell activation and differentiation. Interleukin (IL) receptors play a pivotal role in

Weighted composition operators on bicomplex Lorentz spaces with their characterization and properties

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
This article presents a characterization of non-singular measurable transformation, denoted as TT, mapping from Ω\Omega to itself, along with bicomplex-valued BC{\mathbb{BC}}-measurable function uu defined on Ω\Omega , which induces a weighted ...

Composition and multiplication operators between Orlicz function spaces

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2016
Composition operators and multiplication operators between two Orlicz function spaces are investigated. First, necessary and sufficient conditions for their continuity are presented in several forms.

Uniformly continuous composition operators in the space of bounded Φ-variation functions in the Schramm sense [PDF]

open access: yesOpuscula Mathematica, 2012
We prove that any uniformly continuous Nemytskii composition operator in the space of functions of bounded generalized \(\Phi\)-variation in the Schramm sense is affine. A composition operator is locally defined.

Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

A new class of composition operators

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1987
A new class of composition operators Pϕ:H2(T)→H2(T), with ϕ:T→D¯ is introduced. Sufficient conditions on ϕ for Pϕ to be bounded and Hilbert-Schmidt are obtained.

Conserved structural motifs in PAS, LOV, and CRY proteins regulate circadian rhythms and are therapeutic targets

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cryptochrome and PAS/LOV proteins play intricate roles in circadian clocks where they act as both sensors and mediators of protein–protein interactions. Their ubiquitous presence in signaling networks has positioned them as targets for small‐molecule therapeutics. This review provides a structural introduction to these protein families.
