Automated FRAP microscopy for high‐throughput analysis of protein dynamics in chromatin organization and transcription

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
RoboMic is an automated confocal microscopy pipeline for high‐throughput functional imaging in living cells. Demonstrated with fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP), it integrates AI‐driven nuclear segmentation, ROI selection, bleaching, and analysis.

Hypercyclicity of weighted composition operators on the Little Bloch Space and the Besov space

open access: yes四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2017
We characterize the hypercyclicity of weighted composition operators on the Little Bloch Space and the Besov space. We obtain that there are no hypercyclic composition operators on the Little Bloch Space and the Besov space when holomorphic self-map is an

Compact Composition Operators and Iteration

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1993
Let \(X\) be an \(F\)-space of analytic functions in a domain \(\Omega\) of the complex plane, and let \(\varphi\) be an analytic function mapping \(\Omega\) into itself, such that \(C_ \varphi f:= f\circ\varphi\) defines a compact operator in \(X\). \textit{J. Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

The compactness of the sum of weighted composition operators on the ball algebra

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2011
In this paper, we investigate the compactness of the sum of weighted composition operators on the unit ball algebra, and give the characterization of compact differences of two weighted composition operators on the ball algebra.

Operators commuting with complex symmetric weighted composition operators on H 2

open access: yesConcrete Operators
In this article, we initially study when an anti-linear Toeplitz operator is in the commutant of a composition operator. Primarily, we investigate weighted composition operators Wg,ψ{W}_{g,\psi } commuting with complex symmetric weighted composition ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
