Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

open access: yes, 1996
In principle, known central limit theorems for stochastic approximation schemes permit the simulationist to provide confidence regions for both the optimum and optimizer of a stochastic optimization problem that is solved by means of such algorithms ...

Maturity level and confidence of storage capacities estimates in the promising regions

open access: yes, 2021
The storage capacity data existing for each region and assed in previous project (COMET, CO2STOP, Geocapacity, etc) present different levels of confidence, resulting in different maturity and readiness levels to implement CCUS projects.STRATEGY CCUS ...

Perceptual integration across natural monocular regions

open access: yes, 2014
Natural scenes contain hidden regions, or occlusions, that differ in the two eyes, resulting in monocular regions that can only be seen by one eye. Such monocular regions appear to not be suppressed but seem to be integrated into the scene percept.

Successive Approximation of Nonlinear Confidence Regions (SANCR)

open access: yes, 2015
International audienceIn parameter estimation problems an important issue is the approximation of the confidence region of the estimated parameters. Especially for models based on differential equations, the needed computational costs require particular ...

Multivariate models with constraints confidence regions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
summary:In multivariate linear statistical models with normally distributed observation matrix a structure of a covariance matrix plays an important role when confidence regions must be determined. In the paper it is assumed that the covariance matrix is

Canonical Mean Projections And Confidence Regions In Canonical Variate Analysis

open access: yes, 1990
In developing confidence regions for canonical mean variates, Krzanowski (1989) made use of approximate asymptotic variances and covariances of the elements of the canonical variate coefficient vectors.

Simultaneous confidence regions for multivariate bioequivalence [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Demonstrating bioequivalence of several pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters, such as AUC and Cmax, that are calculated from the same biological sample measurements is in fact a multivariate problem, even though this is neglected by most practitioners and ...

Spatial Confidence Regions Methods and Proof

open access: yes, 2023
This talk was given on spatial confidence regions at the university of California spatial statistics reading group on June 2nd, 2022. In this talk, theory is emphasized over application.
