Real‐Time in Vivo Monitoring of Circulating Endometrial Cells: Uncovering Systemic Dissemination and Temporal Fluctuations in Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐color pseudo‐menstrual mouse model enables real‐time tracing of circulating endometrial cells (CECs) from uterine and ectopic sources. The study reveals menstrual‐phase‐dependent, burst‐like CEC release, distinct postoperative behaviors of different CEC origins, and a potential association with prolactin fluctuations, providing an in vivo ...

Targeting p21‐High Senescent Kupffer Cells Nanotherapeutically Potentiates Antitumor Immunity in Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of a biomimetic SKEV@AAV platform targeting p21‐high senescent Kupffer cells (sKCs) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT). p21‐high sKCs accumulate in the PVTT microenvironment and establish an immunosuppressive, SASP‐rich environment that facilitates tumor cell proliferation and immune evasion.

Psychological Stress Associated Bile Acid Reprogramming Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Depression is increasingly recognized as a risk factor for chronic diseases, yet its biological impact on cancer remains unclear. Using data from more than 490 000 participants across three international cohorts, we show that depression significantly increases the risk of liver cancer.

Time Resolved DNA Barcodes for Information Encoding and Dynamic Encryption

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes a molecular information platform based on DNA Temporal Barcodes. Information is encoded through combinations of DNA tags with distinct retention times, while dynamic encryption is achieved through a key‐triggered DNA ligation.

Unveiling the Systemic Impact of Congestion in Heart Failure: A Narrative Review of Multisystem Pathophysiology and Clinical Implications

open access: yesJournal of Cardiovascular Development and Disease
Congestion is a key clinical feature of heart failure (HF), contributing to hospitalizations, disease progression, and poor outcomes. While traditionally considered a hemodynamic issue, congestion is now recognized as a systemic process affecting ...

LA GESTION ASSOCIATIVE DE LA PÊCHE EN FRANCE : UNE ANALYSE ÉCONOMIQUE À PARTIR DU CAS DES SALMONIDÉS

open access: yesKnowledge and Management of Aquatic Ecosystems, 2004
L’analyse économique et l’examen des quelques données empiriques disponibles en France incitent à se demander si la gestion associative permet de tirer suffisamment de bien-être de la pêche de loisir en eau douce.

A Dual‐Modal Wearable PPG Smartwatch with AI‐Enhanced Correction for High‐Accuracy and Continuous AF Burden Assessment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Atrial fibrillation (AF) increases the risk of stroke and heart failure, yet accurate quantification of AF burden in daily life remains difficult. Although smartwatch photoplethysmography (PPG) supports continuous monitoring, complex rhythms and signal noise can impair burden estimation.
