We demonstrated that PGE2 released from LDs in CRC cells plays important roles in N2‐type TANs polarization. PGE2 enters neutrophils through its receptor EP2/EP4 to stimulate ROS‐mediated FOXO3a methylation, thereby increasing the polarization of N2‐type TANs.
