Epigenetic reprogramming in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) and downstream myeloid cells, mediated by H3.3 downregulation and endogenous retroelement (ERE) overexpression, contributes to the progression of multiple sclerosis (MS). ABSTRACT Background Skewed myelopoiesis in the bone marrow has been identified as a key driver of multiple ...

A Depolarizing Leak in Sodium Bicarbonate Cotransporter NBCe1 Causes Brain Edema
ABSTRACT Objectives SLC4A4 encodes electrogenic sodium bicarbonate cotransporter NBCe1, prominently expressed in kidney and brain. Recessive loss‐of‐function variants in SLC4A4 cause proximal renal tubular acidosis, no brain edema. In the brain, NBCe1 is expressed by astrocytes, where it regulates pH and mediates astrocyte volume changes.

SPG4 and Dementia: Expanding the Clinical Spectrum
ABSTRACT Objective Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of disorders characterized by progressive spasticity and lower limb weakness, with mutations in SPG4/SPAST being the most common cause. Detailed studies and clinical and molecular comparisons across different populations are missing.

ALDOA Promotes Glycolysis and NLRP3/GSDMD Pyroptosis to Accelerate ALS Progression
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

Objectives There is growing interest in evaluating new strategies to delay or prevent post‐traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) in individuals who have sustained anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. This study sought to determine characteristics of potential treatments that are acceptable to patients with ACL injury.

Domination Numbers in Graphs Resulting from Shackle Operations with Linkage of any Graph
The domination number is the number of dominating nodes in a graph that can dominate the surrounding connected nodes with a minimum number of dominating nodes. This domini number is denoted by γ(G). In this research, we will examine the domination number

Connected domination and dominating clique in trapezoid graphs
The class of trapezoid graphs is defined as the intersection graphs of a collection of trapezoids. A set of vertices that dominates the graph and induces a connected graph is a connected dominating set. The smallest set is called the connected domination number for the graph. It is known that this problem is NP-hard.

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Domination, co-domination numbers of cube connected cycles
In this paper, the results on some domination parameters i.e., domination and co-domination numbers γ and γ in cube connected cycles is analysed. Also, the relationship between diameter, domination and co-domination numbers of cube connected cycles is given.
