In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Hybrid Constellation Shaping 64QAM Based on Hexagonal Lattice of Constellation Subset
Increasing demand for higher-speed and large-capacity data communications has driven the development of constellation shaping technology. This paper proposes a hybrid constellation shaping scheme for 64-quadrature amplitude modulation (64QAM) based on ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Design of a micro-satellite constellation for communication
The purpose of this paper is to present a low Earth orbit constellation which provides a communication function over a region centered in Taiwan, with radii of 500 km, 1000 km, 1500 km, 2000 km and 2500 km, and orbit altitudes of 800 km and 1500 km ...

This study explores the feasibility of expressing the antitumoral protein Amblyomin‐X through a suicide gene therapy approach and investigates its intracellular fate after gene delivery. Although the gene is efficiently expressed, melanoma cells rapidly degrade the Amblyomin‐X protein via proteasome activity.

Self-organising low Earth orbit constellations for Earth observation
This paper presents a novel method of manipulating the spatial pattern of a fractionated micro-satellite constellation in Low Earth Orbit. The method developed allows satellites to manipulate the longitudinal position of their ground-tracks over the ...
