[Effects of continuous cropping obstacle on growth of Rehmannia glutinosa].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2009To study the effects of continuous cropping obstacles on growth of Rehmannia glutinosa. The growth indexes, activity of root ATPase, root activity and mineral nutritional absorption were determined.Continuous copping decreased growth rate and declined the size of leaves.

Abstract Stereoscopic cultivation (SC) of Panax notoginseng was a technique that plant P. notoginseng in the three-layer vertical placed seedbeds (with upper, middle, and lower layers) in a greenhouse. The cultivation environment of greenhouse and culture medium of seedbed are artificially prepared. The feasibility of using SC to solve the continuous

[Effect of substrate of edible mushroom on continuously cropping obstacle of Rehmannia glutinosa].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2015The continuous cultivation of Rehmannia glutinosa causes the accumulation of phenolic acids in soil. It is supposed to be the reason of the so called "continuously cropping obstacle". In this study, phenolic acids (hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, eugenol, vanillin and ferulic acid) were degraded by the extracta of all the tested spent mushroom ...

This study aimed to explore whether reductive soil disinfestation (RSD) is an effective method of controlling continuous cropping obstacle of watermelon. Samples of watermelon continuous cropping soils were treated by RSD in laboratory tests and pot experiments in August 2015 and from December 10, 2016 to April 10, 2017.
