Coffee-stain growth dynamics on dry and wet surfaces
The drying of a drop containing particles often results in the accumulation of the particles at the contact line. In this work, we investigate the drying of an aqueous colloidal drop surrounded by a hydrogel that is also evaporating.

A Comprehensive Review of Waste‐Derived Materials for Solar Still Performance Enhancement
ABSTRACT Solar desalination reduces energy use and produces freshwater sustainably, but its productivity is limited and cannot meet rising demand. Thus, solar desalination system improvements are sought to boost water productivity. Waste materials are abundantly available and burden the environment, making them low‐cost enhancers for solar desalination

Relative Humidity as an Indicator for Cloud Formation over Heterogeneous land surfaces [PDF]
The influence of land surface heterogeneity on potential cloud formation is investigated using relative humidity as an indicator. This is done by performing numerical experiments using a large-eddy simulation model (LES).
