Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Convergence Properties of an Extended Least Squares (ELS) Variant [PDF]
By factorizing the A- and B-polynomials in an ARMAX model and filtering the input/output data with the appropriate factors thereof, the parameters of the model can be estimated in a decentralized fashion.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Habitual Cross-legged Sitting Increases Lumbopelvic Rotation Asymmetry
Background: Cross-legged sitting posture (CLSP) is common in daily life but may cause asymmetrical loading of the pelvis and spine, potentially leading to postural imbalance and musculoskeletal problems.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Local Convergence Analysis of FastICA
The FastICA algorithm can be considered as a selfmap on a manifold. It turns out that FastICA is a scalar shifted version of an algorithm recently proposed. We put these algorithms into a dynamical system framework. The local convergence properties are investigated subject to an ideal ICA model.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Real convergence in Europe: A cluster analysis [PDF]
In this paper we analyse real convergence in GDP per worker in the EU member states. The aim is to test whether there is evidence of club convergence in the EU, i.e. divergence in GDP per worker. Evidence in favour of cluster or club convergence may be an indication of significant productivity divergences between countries, which may also explain the ...
