Potential therapeutic targeting of BKCa channels in glioblastoma treatment
This review summarizes current insights into the role of BKCa and mitoBKCa channels in glioblastoma biology, their potential classification as oncochannels, and the emerging pharmacological strategies targeting these channels, emphasizing the translational challenges in developing BKCa‐directed therapies for glioblastoma treatment.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Conflict Management for Target Recognition Based on PPT Entropy and Entropy Distance
Conflicting evidence affects the final target recognition results. Thus, managing conflicting evidence efficiently can help to improve the belief degree of the true target.

Convergence of probability measures on separable Banach spaces [PDF]
The following result follows immediately from a general theorem on the convergence of probability measures on separable Banach spaces: On the space C [ 0 , 1 ] C[0,1] there exists a norm p ( x ) p(x) equivalent to the ordinary norm such that if

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

A Discrete Limit Theorem for L-Functions of Elliptic Curves
In the paper, we prove the discrete limit theorem in the sense of the weak convergence of probability measures in the space of analytic on DV = {s ∈ C : 1 < σ < 3/2, |t| 0 be a fixed real number such that exp {2πk/h} is an irrational number for all k∈Z\{

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Existence and Convergence of Probability Measures in Banach Spaces [PDF]
Theorems of the Bochner-Sazonov type are proved for Banach spaces with a basis. These theorems give sufficient conditions of a topological nature under which a positive definite function is the characteristic functional of a probability measure. The conditions are, in a certain natural sense, best possible.
