COOPERATIVE GAMES

open access: yes, 2008
Este estudo mostra a idéia dos Jogos Cooperativos como uma alternativa possível e saudável em relação a brincadeiras competitivas. Neste escrito encontramse explicações sobre suas características, como e onde pode ser desenvolvido e comparações com a competição e a ...

Interpretable Machine Learning for Bandgap Prediction and Descriptor‐Guided Design Rules of Phosphates

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
An explainable CatBoost model was trained to predict the bandgaps of 474 phosphate crystals based on composition and density descriptors. SHAP analysis identified two key variables—d‐electron‐count dispersion and atomic‐density dispersion—as the primary drivers of the model's predictions.

A characterization of cooperative TU-games with large monotonic core [PDF]

open access: yes
Cooperative TU-games with large core were introduced by Sharkey (1982) and the concept of Population Monotonic Allocation Scheme was defined by Sprumont (1990).

VAE+DDPG: An Attention‐Enhanced Variational Autoencoder for Deep Reinforcement Learning‐Based Autonomous Navigation in Low‐Light Environments

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Variational Autoencoder+Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient addresses low‐light failures of infrared depth sensing for indoor robot navigation. Stage 1 pretrains an attention‐enhanced Variational Autoencoder (Convolutional Block Attention Module+Feature Pyramid Network) to map dark depth frames to a well‐lit reconstruction, yielding a 128‐D latent code ...

Group Stability of Hierarchies in Games with Spillovers [PDF]

open access: yes
In a recent paper, Demange (2004) has shown that hierarchical organizations can guarantee the existence of stable cooperative outcomes by appropriately allocating the blocking power to a subset of coalitions, the “teams”.

Data‐Driven Review and Machine Learning Prediction of Diamond Vacancy Center Synthesis

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A machine learning framework is applied to photoluminescence spectra to extract linewidths and uncover how NV, SiV, GeV, and SnV centers evolve with growth and processing conditions. Unified normalization and k‐fold validation reveal cross‐method trends and enable rapid prediction of defect size and fabrication parameters, offering a data‐driven route ...

Stochastic Cooperative Games in Insurance and Reinsurance [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper shows how problems in `non life'-insurance and `non life'-reinsurance can be modelled simultaneously as cooperative games with stochastic payoffs.Pareto optimal allocations of the risks faced by the insurers and the insureds are determined. It ...

Deep Reinforcement Learning Approaches for Sensor Data Collection by a Swarm of UAVs

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This article presents four decentralized reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous data harvesting and investigates how collaboration improves collection efficiency. It also presents strategies to minimize training times by improving model flexibility, enabling algorithms to operate with varying number of agents and sensors.
