Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Self-organization in systems of self-propelled particles
We investigate a discrete model consisting of self-propelled particles that obey simple interaction rules. We show that this model can self-organize and exhibit coherent localized solutions in one- and in two-dimensions.In one-dimension, the self ...

A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Deployment and application of “5G+MEC”enabled intelligent manufacturing
As one of the key techniques of 5G,MEC can localize the application and promote the deep integration of networks and services. In order to realize the application of “5G+MEC” in vertical industry, the 5G core network with service-based architecture was ...

Two-magnon excitations in resonant inelastic x-ray scattering studied by spin-density-wave formalism
We study two-magnon excitations in resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) at the transition-metal $K$-edge. Instead of working with effective Heisenberg spin models, we work with a Hubbard-type model ($d$-$p$ model) for a typical insulating cuprate ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.
