Insecticide‐level pest control provided by in‐field flower strips
Our findings indicate that in‐field flower strips or derived legume‐based intercropping systems can help reduce reliance on pesticide use in agriculture. Abstract Biodiversity in agricultural landscapes has declined significantly due to intensified farming practices, underscoring the need for sustainable pest management.

This study presents a deep learning framework for the automated authentication of 15 medicinal Apiaceae species using digital images of their mericarps. The pipeline integrates an augmentation module—incorporating rescaling, rotation, and flipping—to improve model generalization, followed by feature extraction using pre‐trained DenseNet121 as the core ...

Thrombolytic activity of Coriandrum sativum
The leaves of Coriandrum sativum were subjected to thrombolytic activities. The thrombolytic activities were assessed by using human blood samples and the results were compared with standard streptokinase (SK). In this study, the methanol soluble fraction (MSF) exhibited highest percentage of thrombolytic activity (60.12 ± 1.91).

A comparison of yield-related traits of Coriandrum sativum var. microcarpum DC. and Coriandrum sativum var. sativum [PDF]
In this investigation we studied how yield-related traits of large-fruited (var. sativum) and small-fruited (var. microcarpum DC.) coriander differ at the Southeastern Bulgaria climatic conditions during 2010-2012.

Climate adaptation and functional constraints drive pollen evolution in Apiales
Summary Pollen grains exhibit remarkable morphological diversity, shaped by selective pressures from environmental factors and mechanical constraints. Here, we investigate macroevolutionary patterns of pollen morphology in Apiales, an order of angiosperms with significant ecological and geographical diversity, to disentangle the roles of climate and ...
