YTHDC1 Modulates the Osteogenic Capacity of hPDLSCs via Wnt/β‐Catenin Signalling Pathway for the Treatment of Bone Defects in Osteoporosis Rats

In this study, human periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs) were successfully isolated and cultivated from the periodontal ligament tissues of healthy premolar teeth. Our in vivo experiments demonstrated that YTHDC1 augmented the osteogenic differentiation capacity of these cells via the Wnt/β‐catenin signalling pathway.
