Universal Entanglement and an Information‐Complete Quantum Theory

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, EarlyView.
This Perspective summarize an informationcomplete quantum theory which describes a fully quantum world without any classical systems and concepts. Here spacetime/gravity, having to be a physical quantum system, universally entangles matter (matter fermions and their gauge fields) as an indivisible trinity, and encodes information‐complete physical ...

Unimodular Approaches to the Cosmological Constant Problem

open access: yesUniverse, 2023
We review selected aspects of unimodular gravity and we discuss its viability as a solution of the old cosmological constant problem. In unimodular gravity, the cosmological constant is promoted to a global degree of freedom.

Neutrino mixing and cosmological constant

open access: yes, 2004
We report on the recent result that the non--perturbative vacuum structure associated with neutrino mixing leads to a non--zero contribution to the value of the cosmological constant.

The morphology of the oval window in Paranthropus robustus compared to humans and other modern primates

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract The oval window (OW) is an opening connecting the inner and middle ear. Its area has been shown to consistently scale with body mass (BM) in primates, and has been used alongside semi‐circular canal (SCC) size to differentiate Homo sapiens and fossil hominins, including Paranthropus robustus.

Cosmological Constant and Renormalization of Gravity

open access: yesGalaxies, 2018
In arXiv:1601.02203 and arXiv:1702.07063, we have proposed a topological model with a simple Lagrangian density and have tried to solve one of the cosmological constant problems.

The cosmological constant problem [PDF]

open access: yesReviews of Modern Physics, 1989
Summary: Astronomical observations indicate that the cosmological constant is many orders of magnitude smaller than estimated in modern theories of elementary particles. After a brief review of the history of this problem, five different approaches to its solution are described.

HODGE DUALITY AND COSMOLOGICAL CONSTANT [PDF]

open access: yesModern Physics Letters A, 2006
We present a simple mechanism to eliminate cosmological constants both in supersymmetric and non-supersymmetric theories. This mechanism is based on the Hodge (Poincaré) duality between a 0-form and D-form field strengths in D-dimensional spacetime. The new key ingredient is the introduction of an extra Chern–Simons term into the D-form field strength

Cleaning up the cosmological constant

open access: yes, 2012
We present a novel idea for screening the vacuum energy contribution to the overall value of the cosmological constant, thereby enabling us to choose the bare value of the vacuum curvature empirically, without any need to worry about the zero-point ...

Afro‐Amerindian cosmopolitics in environmental education: A decolonial analysis of academic discourses involving the epistemological disputes around the term sustainability

open access: yesBritish Educational Research Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract Considering the growing calls for decolonial approaches within the scope of Climate Change and Sustainability Education (CCSE), in this research we seek to understand the meanings which have been put into circulation through research narratives on Environmental Education (EE) concluded in Latin America, regarding Afro‐Amerindian knowledges ...

Cosmography of the Dynamical Cosmological «Constant»

open access: yesEast European Journal of Physics, 2019
The paper considers a cosmographical approach to analyze cosmological models. Cosmography is a method to describe the kinematics of the cosmological expansion based only on the cosmological principle. We consider a method of treating free parameters of a
