An engineered peptide self‐assembled nanofiber platform, designed to replicate STING–cGAMP binding motifs, facilitates pH‐responsive cytosolic delivery of cGAMP, enhances the endoplasmic reticulum with high efficiency, and robustly activates the STING pathway.
