This study investigates the kinetic stability of boron‐heteroatom bonds in N‐methyliminodiacetic acid (MIDA) boronates. The hemilabile nature of the ligand enables the synthesis of molecules that would otherwise be considered too hydrolytically labile. Ambiphilic Ligand Stabilization of Aluminum(I) Fragments: Halides, Cations, and a Hydride
Stabilization of elusive aluminum(I) halides in the framework of an ambiphilic ligand is reported. The unique bonding situation at the trigonal‐bipyramidal aluminum center is analyzed, and the coordination chemistry and Al(I)Br transfer reactivity of the complexes are presented.

Flavin Catalysts in Organic Synthesis
Flavins and their congeners are potent catalysts for organic synthesis inspired by enzymatic transformations. In addition to catalysis in the flavin ground state via covalent intermediates, the excited singlet and triplet states unlock applications including photooxidation, photoreduction, and energy transfer via sensitization.

On‐Demand Deconstructable Thermosets Through Cleavable Comonomer and Thermolatent Base Synergy
Thermosets, valued for their chemical and mechanical properties, resist recycling due to their cross‐linked structure. Weak bonds via comonomers enable degradability, but diffusion limits effectiveness. We incorporate thermolatent bases before polymerization (thermal or 3D‐VAT printing).
