Advertising creative departments appear to have extreme gender segregation with women representing just 20% of all those working within creative departments worldwide.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

To cultivate students’ creative thinking and self-study ability by class discussion
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]通过课堂讨论培养学生的自学创新思维能力。[方法]在护理本科专业《护理学基础》课程中开展课堂讨论教学,采用以学生为主体进行选题、讨论及效果评价等方法。[结果]通过课堂讨论,93 .6%的学生提高了检索、查阅能力,93 .6%的学生提高了自学能力,87.4%的学生提高了探究性思维的能力,92 .1%学生提高了分析归纳总结能力,84.2 %的学生提高了发现问题和解决问题的能力。[结论]课堂讨论教学方法能引导学生学会自学,激发学习兴趣,并促进其创新思维能力的培养。
